We have chosen Wusthof Classic because we believe, like most of the worlds great chefs, that they are among the best fully forged cooks' knives available.
Note that, although Wusthof Classic knives may occasionally be cleaned in a dishwasher, this can cause degradation of finish, and excess heat can damage the handles. We would, therefore, recommend hand washing. Please view our selection of Wusthof Knives below.
