Delivery

Standard Delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK mainland for all on-line orders of £50 and over. There is a surcharge for delivery of kitchen trolleys and some other items to the highlands, certain offshore islands, to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands (please contact us for a quote).  For orders of under £20.00, our delivery charge is £2.50 and for orders between £20.00 and £49.99, our delivery charge is £4.50.  We normally send  goods by the cheapest method available.  If you wish us to despatch your order by the fastest method available, please contact us but this may incur an additional charge. We also ship internationally - please contact us for charges.

We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 1 to 4 working days and will inform you if there is a delay. Please contact us if your order is very urgent. Please bear in mind that deliveries can take a little longer in the lead up to Christmas.

Delivery of some kitchen trolleys can take up to 28 working days.

We regret that we are unable to send trolleys, electrical items, glass, ceramics or knives overseas.
