We have tried to make our website as easy to use as possible
but here are a few tips on how to find what you’re looking for.
Choose a Brand - if you already know exactly what you want
this is probably the quickest way to find it. Click on the brand then type the product description into the search box
for that brand.
Choose a Category –
click on ‘cookware’, ‘mills’, or whatever and just have a look around. Most categories are subdivided to make it
quicker to refine your search.
Search Box – use
the search box at the top to look for something particular. In some cases it helps to be as specific as
possible, e.g. if you just type in ‘knife’ you’ll get a lot of knives, but if
you want a carving knife, typing this in will narrow down your search. In other cases, particularly with more
unusual products, it pays to be less specific, e.g. if you want a truffle
cutter, it may be that we have described it as a truffle slicer, so you will
get a better result if you just type in the word ‘truffle’!
