These square Swiss Diamond sauté pans are ideal for browning meat or fish, and once the food is evenly browned, the pan can be covered partly or fully with the vented, heat tempered glass lid, to allow the food to continue cooking at a gentler pace.
The perfectly flat extra-thick base ensures a constant temperature throughout the pan, even though your hob has round rings.
The square sauté pan has slightly flared sides to allow for easy stirring and whisking and to restrict splattering. All Swiss Diamond cookware is metal utensil safe, easy to clean, will look good for years and comes with a
lifetime guarantee.
Swiss Diamond is described as dishwasher safe by the manufacturer. However we would recommend that all non-stick cookware is cleaned by hand and not in the dishwasher.
