The Swiss Diamond sauté pan is perfect for pan-frying or browning meat and sautéing vegetables. The heat distribution in this sauté pan flows evenly across the perfectly flat extra-thick base and up the sides, achieving a consistent temperature surrounding the food, to help prevent burning.
All Swiss Diamond cookware is metal utensil safe. The slightly flared sides of the sauté pan are designed to facilitate easy stirring and whisking and restrict splattering. Perfect for reducing liquids, its wide diameter provides generous food-to-heat contact.
For slowly simmering meat or seafood, use it with the vented, heat tempered glass cover.
Swiss Diamond is described as dishwasher safe by the manufacturer. However we would recommend that all non-stick cookware is cleaned by hand and not in the dishwasher.
