This pan is made with a titanium non-stick coating to resist the toughest treatment and is also oven-proof to 260
oC/500
oF.
It has a 4 litre capacity and comes with the lid as pictured.
It is
not designed for induction hobs and while it is dishwasher-proof we (and SCANPAN) recommend that it is washed by hand.
