Convert your hob into a grill AND griddle with this superb stove top "mixed grill". Designed to span two rings or plates, it enables you to grill meat, fish and vegetables at the same time as griddling eggs, tomatoes, etc. Set the rings or plates to different temperatures if you want one end hotter than the other. Not only does this grill have a superb non-stick coating but the attention to detail in the design has produced a pan with ridges which are ideally spaced and of a perfect height to give the right spread of heat; a base that won't warp and a superb non-stick surface which allows you to cook without the use of fat and is really easy to clean.
SCANPAN Classic pans are dishwasher safe but we do recommend hand washing. Although the pans can withstand the
careful use of metal kitchen utensils (avoid sharp implements and do not cut or prod), we would encourage you to use plastic or wooden utensils where possible.
