A durable and high quality spun iron pan that has been pre-seasoned with flax oil (as with all other pans) for a natural non-stick. Fry on the hob, brown under the grill, cook in the oven. The pan has riveted handles and a spun iron lid, exemplifying craftsmanship .
All pans are suitable for high temperature frying & browning so are capable of being used on the hob and in the oven. Furthermore, there is nothing better on induction. We have a number of different sizes available from 8-12".
