Baked Gnocchi

Cook the gnocchi in salted water until it rises to the top of the water

Spread the drained Gnocchi on a baking tray then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, bake in the oven until golden brown.

Easy Hotdog Sausage Rolls

Roll out shortcrust pastry on a floured surface then spread with English mustard, place the hotdog sausage at one end of the pastry and roll,

Brush with egg or milk and slice into approx. 3 pieces.

Put on grease proof paper on a baking sheet and cook in the oven until the pastry is cooked

A simple homemade nibble

Roll out the shortcrust pastry, coat in Marmite and sprinkle with grated Cheddar

Place on a greased baking tray and score into even rectangles, bake in the oven until pastry cooked
