We had a superb introduction to the new Robert Welch Professional knife range on Wednesday last week. Sven Haldstedt showed the different stage of production, some basic knife skills and talked about the best ways to sharpen and look after the knives. Their new angled knife block is a joy too.
This week plans are well underway for the Peter Sidwell evening on 19 October and we will be finalising the date for the next KitchenAid demonstration too.
